At Tamara Malas, we want you to love your pieces. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned merchandise, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
